Shipping Jumping Spiders (Not enclosures)

Spiders will never be shipped with Enclosures.

Shipping will be through Reptile Express (FedEx)

Overnight and Two-Day Shipping ONLY

All spiders will be shipped out Tuesdays for overnight or two-day delivery. 

We highly recommend someone is there to receive the spiders. 

​

We understand that shipping can be expensive, but we only ship jumping spiders

with the best methods for their survival.

This means we only use insulated live animal shipping boxes and temp control packs when needed.

 For legal purposes we only ship our jumping spiders through FedEX.

​

Remainder of Shipping for your live animal purchase will be invoiced AFTER you checkout.  

Please pay the invoice before the ship date.

Please use the chat feature to contact us to get a shipping quote BEFORE  you purchase

your jumping spider, those who fail to do this your order will be canceled.

This helps us not have to refund orders for those who are

not okay paying the live animal shipping fee ($35-85 depending on where you live)

 All spiders shipped out will be healthy and chosen for shipping.

This means that sometimes we have to swap the spider you picked

out for one that will have a less stressful shipping experience.

We try to not ship spiders that are getting ready to molt.

We make sure to ship spiders in between molts, as it can be very stressful to

hem to be shipped when molting.

Understand that molting can still occur while shipping.

Please water your spider soon after taking them out of their package.

If by any chance your spider comes in DOA. We ask that you contact us within 2 hours of delivery. We would ship out another spider as soon as we can. LIVE ANIMAL Guarantee only for OVERNIGHT shipping.
